The Dake Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE) is the ultimate driver of optimal Operational Analytics underwritten by Dake’s unique methodology called the Common Sense Business Approach (CSBA). Designed to fit seamlessly into your organization, the ACE covers the following areas of business:
The ACE can be integrated in one of two (2) ways:
The discovery and reporting of meaningful patterns in data is where all paths in the ACE ultimately lead. As such, we are extremely outcomes focused, and we are driven to make the decision making process the most “intelligent” it can be by ensuring the ACE can deliver all the ingredients required to make the process the most intelligent one possible. To this end, the ACE provides some of the following advanced outcomes:
The many challenges presented were a catalyst in shaping the unique Dake methodology which addresses the challenges faced with an approach which generates:
This methodology has a name, “Common Sense Business Approach” (CSBA). This Common Sense approach has a number of underlying principles driving it:
We believe that a client should get what they want and need. If they have a request which a particular software cannot deliver then we need to be able to make a plan to get them their required solution. Otherwise there is compromise and it is normally always the client who has to compromise. Dake understands how to implement a solution using multiple technologies, where the chances of developing and delivering a solution which gives the client all of their desired outcomes is greatly enhanced over competitors who deliver solutions using a singular technology platform.
The analytics industry is very geared toward and focused on a singular way of analysis, design and implementation of an Analytics solution. This approach has caused the following issues
The Dake apparoach is to segment the processes and develop a solution focused on a single process which can be modelled and implemented to quickly deliver a working solution.
From here the next identified processes are optimised and modeled and integrated into the data hub. Each relational model in the hub is linked to each other whilst optimising the individual processes between them.
A series of virtual, non-resource intensive star models are developed from the data stored in the metada table created from the hub, to deliver fast and efficient queries from the system.
At Dake we understand that clients are primarily focused on outcomes that can be used to optimise their business and enhance their decision making abilities. Therefore, issues regarding system design, methodology, architecture (whilst important) have far less bearing than the outcomes. With this in mind, we develop systems which are able to answer and address every need of the client. This includes the use of multiple technologies as already mentioned
