The Acquire Customer Value Chain is responsible for the processing of customer application in order to provide them with a quotation, connection and to ensure that their first bill is produced. The workflow was tedious and time consuming. Due to this the targets for quotations and connections were only achieved 45% times.
Dake’s process modelling team has analyzed the existing process and redesigned it to efficiency. This new process is then automated using the K2 Workflow. The solution was also integrated to various existing systems like SAP, CC&B, GTX etc., This implementation has brought about an increase in the target achievement to 90%.
