Eskom Distribution division is very particular about documenting and maintaining all the processes within their division. A Business Process Modelling discipline is formed and ARIS has been chosen as tool of choice for Process Modelling. Dake was privileged to be part of the team to analyse business activities, map their business processes and align them to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
