Msunduzi Municipality is an organization which offers services to the public. The processes they were following does not link up to the organization’s value chain. Therefore, the departments are working in silos. Dake has conducted a comprehensive business analysis to identify the loose ends of the processes and optimised, mapped all the business processes tying up to the value chain.
