Description of Situation

Maluti-a-Phofung Water is an organization which Provides water and sanitation provision issues for the public. All the customer queries were logged manually and there was no issue-tracking and man-hour tracking system. This was leading to customer dissatisfaction.  Since 10 years Dake has been providing services in systems implementations and solution support, with that experience Dake has successfully implemented the Fault Logging System and has been supporting the System since its implementation.
