Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality is an organization which offers services to the public.  Municipality does not have any ICT policies and Strategies in place and this will lead the organization such as Inappropriate decisions, vision, Priorities, Communication, align with common goals, Security, Business Continuity, Process etc. Since Dake is a part of the Governance committee and with the 10 years of experience, Dake has successfully implemented the ICT Policies and Strategies for Municipality.
