Description of Situation

Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality is an organization which offers services to the public. The software they were using is office 2003 and the support will be ending soon, which is a risk. Losing documents to crashes has been one of the burning issues for the municipality. Since 10 years Dake has been providing services in Advisory consultation, system implementations, Infrastructure Support and solution support, with the experience Dake has successfully implemented the office upgrade project.
