Eskom’s Manage Network business unit is unable to identify the variances in the BI scorecards and it became a burning issue as the business couldn’t take any actions. Dake team performed the detailed analysis and re-architected the design. New set of ETLs were built to run the exception reports thereby enabling the business to identify the root causes for the variances and take necessary decisions.
